Let’s Move & Let’s Love

Being in love is the happiest moment of my life, even you guys, right?  But let me ask you, how can you say you're in love, or who is the person you're in love to?  Or how can you show love to anything that occupy space and has mass and measure, oh sorry, the answer is " Matter " right? hahaha.

In my history of so called LOVE, I actually had a chance to show that my feelings were true, but unfortunately, love is like a game, there are winners, but there are also losers, I am so sorry for the word but that's probably true. Because of those unfortunate reality, I was able to move-on and find LOVE to different things.

 Last night, I was watching a documentary on TV about sea corals and some other sea creatures.  It was very disappointing to see people destroying the gorgeous creatures under the sea just for the sake of money.  I do understand how money is important in our daily life, but then we need to find another source and not just doing some illegal matters.  Right now, biodiversity is fine, but in the future, if we will not stop harming our natural resources, our future generations will just see the real beauty of nature in pictures.

Another thing, were you able to see and experience what's on the photo below?  Just this year we encountered lots of weather related problems.  Some people said that this is the way on how our mother earth is giving back on what we did to our nature.  Flood, earthquake, tsunami and other calamities are nature related problems.  Several reasons why we encountered flood, are the plastics and other non-biodegradable materials that clogs canals in some areas.  According to some reports, one of the reasons why we are experiencing tsunami, aside from earthquake, is that big part of the corals under the sea were already detroyed, so there is no way to block the strong water current under the sea, that only corals can do.

We are actually now lossing LOVE to our environment.  And the results? are these flood which killed lots human and animal life.  We already lost money from side of the government for infrastructure repairs.  So  instead of just waiting from the government to do their duties, LET'S MOVE now, NOT later, NOT tomorrow.  LET'S LOVE our own environment.

Cooperative Endeavor or " Bayanihan system " in filipino, is just one of the greatest traits that a Filipino has.  I admired that Filipino quality, because even during the calamities that we experienced, we proved that we still can MOVE and show LOVE to others.

That's the main reason why I am so proud of being a Filipino, even there were so many instances that we encountered the different issues, we are still united in facing this.  After being a victim of typhoons, we MOVE and share LOVE to others by being a part of some organizations, helping other victims thru gift giving.

 

Today, I commit to protect our mother earth.  You too, LET'S MOVE and LET'S LOVE now!  In just simple garbage segregations at home, we can protect our environment.

Here are some tips:

1.  Change your incandescent light bulbs with more energy efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs to lessen energy consumption.

2.  Turn off the water faucet if you're not using it.

3.  Buy energy efficient appliances.

4.  Keep your vehicles well maintained not just to avoid accident but to lessen oil consumption and lessen Carbon Monoxide in the air.

Those happenings were before, the part of yesterday, and today, I need to start new day, a new beginning. The beginning to create a new destination, a destination that all the people can benefit into in the future.
